One document you upload for extraction. Re-processing a failed job does not count again, and purchase orders, goods receipts and payment records are never counted — only the invoices themselves.
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Uploads pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade; everything already in the workspace stays fully readable and exportable.
Ledgerline produces the GST summary and a GSTR-1 CSV you can hand to your filing software or your CA. It is not itself a filing utility and does not submit anything to the GST portal on your behalf.
Yes, on every plan including the free one. Reports export to CSV and the full record set is available through the API on Scale. We do not hold data hostage as an upgrade lever.
No. Your documents are sent to the extraction model to be read and are not used to train it. See the privacy policy for how long files are retained.
Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the lower monthly-equivalent rate shown above. Prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate on your invoice.
